    I have enjoyed the last year of collaboration of building and perfecting (as much as possible) the training material for Medicaid Grievance and Appeals. She is kind and patient and strives to make sure that all goals are met. It is obvious in the way that Becca works that she truly cares about creating material that is suitable for online adult learning, and for learning highly complex topics at that. She is diligent, communicates well, and has a great eye for creativity and engagement.     Becca has been an absolute pleasure to work with while creating and validating the curriculum for the Grievance Mega Class of approximately 65 offshore new hires. She always had a positive attitude, were open to constructive feedback and suggestions regarding curriculum changes and ensured deadlines were met. I can see her passion for curriculum design and ensuring the end users have the content delivered to them in a way they understand to be successful in their roles.

    In the time Becca has been on the Clinical Team, she has brought great value to the projects on which she has worked. She is a go-to source for creative ideas about graphics and the design and development of CBTs. She distinguished herself in one of her first projects, BI - Time Study Training by taking on the design and development of two CBTs. These two CBTs were praised by the client and brought a high level of engagement to content that was technical, and which could have been dry.
    Becca also has been vital to the emerging data storytelling and visualization project. She conceived of the concept of using a journey map to tell the story of Clinical Team projects to stakeholders. The guidance Becca has provided has set the tone and direction for future activities.


    The above skills and insight that Becca brings to projects does not exist elsewhere on the team. Therefore, it is hard to overstate their importance to the work.
