As a Graphic Designer who has lived a large amount life overseas, many of these experiences have brought invaluable lessons, and given a leg up in way of empathy and anthropologic curiosity. Stepping outside of one’s norm feeds curiosity about people. These circumstances have developed a passion for effective communication. The “why” is fascinating, and the key to understanding underlying motives.
Understanding and designing an effective path of communication also lends to Instructional Design. Discovering the underlying motivations and problem solving including communicating effectively.
She has spent time teaching and orienting people cross-culturally again lead her to pay attention, gathering information noting patterns to develop an effective communicate plan.
Her career path is unique and her skill set is flexible as she has learned to be, from life experience. Life’s the best teacher.
